What a stay!!!! Just 100% perfecto for us. Everything about the place was great, clean, modern and ample. 100% would stay again. It was so clean with all the necessary cooking, cleaning and domestic bits needed.

After searching for the perfect bolt hole in East Looe, 1 Seaview Cottages was exactly what we were looking for. Sherry is a lovely host and the cottage thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you wish or just sit back and enjoy a glass of something. The welcome touches were also so thoughtful. The bathroom and 'littlest' room were brilliant and well appointed, great shower too! The bedroom is light and airy, and looks out at the front. You can hear the sea as you lie in the very comfortable bed. Excellent quality linens and towels also included. The cottage is on the beach front so we were able to pop out for an early morning swim and late afternoon dip when we felt like it. With a bonus of a parking space, this is a great find. Looe is a busy place, lots to do and great restaurants within a few minutes walk. If you stay, check out the guest book with helpful local notes on where to eat and visit. Highly recommend and we'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sherry's cottage, it was a really cute place and so close to the sea! We really enjoyed being able to hear the waves with the windows open.
Looe is a wonderful little village with so many little shops and alleyways to explore. Sherry was a fantastic host - she communicated well and the cottage was just as described.

The house is in a convenient location, close to the beach but also to pubs, restaurants and shops. You can see the sea from the bedroom. Although small, the house is very well organized and complete with everything from the washing machine to the iron. We had a great time and enjoyed the spaces in comfort, there are two of us and we travel with our 25 kg dog. Sherry has always been very kind and quick to respond to our requests. We look forward to returning to Cornwall again, and this is a place to stay where we'll definitely be back.

We (Partner, Harvey Dog & I) have just returned from an amazing 4 Night stay at the cottage. The cottage had true character and had recently been updated throughout to a very high standard, utilising every bit of space producing a beautiful property in keeping with its history and seaside surroundings.
The property was in a prime location, approx. 250 yds to the beach front and close to most amenities, shops, pubs, Pengellys for the fresh fish, Sarah’s pasty shop, boat excursions the list goes on.
Communication with Sherry was first class, quick, informative, helpful and accommodating. Sherry managed to work it so we had early access to the property which was so useful as we were able to have a fully enjoyable, productive first day.
In summary it’s a wonderful property in a prime location owned by a great host.
Will definitely rent again when going to Looe and will recommend to friends.

Beautiful newly refurbished seaside cottage right opposite the beach in Looe, very peaceful. Sherry was a warm and welcoming host.
The cottage was stylish seaside and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to self cater. There is a washing machine and full size fridge freezer.
Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The bathroom is spacious with a walk in shower with good power. A dressing table for hair and make up.
We drove to the cottage easily to unload outside . Private parking is provided near the bridge. If you need car EV charging Mill pool car park has a good range of chargers.
